Who I am
I'm a practitioner of human development
and a student of human nature.
For more than three decades, I've been fascinated by human nature. I've always been curious about what makes people think, feel, behave, and grow the way they do. That curiosity has guided every chapter of my professional life.
I've explored it through music, education, leadership development, sports coaching, yoga therapy, and graduate studies in leadership and executive & organizational coaching. At first glance, these may seem like different professions, but I see them as different doorways into the same house.
Each has taught me about what it means to be aware, connected, and more fully ourselves.
Over the years, I've come to understand that meaningful change always begins when we learn to pay attention in new ways.
As our awareness expands,
we begin to recognize not only our strengths and
potential, but also our assumptions,
unconscious biases, habits, relationships, and
the conditions shaping our lives.
From that place of greater understanding, new thinking emerges. Our choices become clearer. We communicate more thoughtfully, lead more consciously, and live more intentionally.
This understanding became the foundation for CAPACITY Coaching™, my original coaching framework for supporting human development through expanded awareness.
